Sree Nakshatra has initiated its third project in Nellore as an extension to the existing project Sree Nakshatra Classic city-1 which is just 200 mts inside connecting NH5 and 10 kms away from Gudur (Nellore Dist) and 32 kms away from Nellore city, by name Sree Nakshatra classic city-2. The project is located at vinduru/Manubolu village belonging to Manubolu mandal of gudur.
The total venture consist of 31 acres of land divided in to 495 plots as per perfect vastu each 20 Gadies with a dimension of 30 * 48. The company has made a commitment to provide a main road 40 feet wide with internal roads 30 feet wide, open drainage system, layout fencing, plantation, water pipelines, and electricity poles and other developments such as sai baba temple, children play area, company guest house, tennis court, swimming pool, park etc. as a value addition to the plots.
